Cheese Crackers


Ingredients:
Flour 90 gms
Butter 25 gms
Grated cheese 60 gms (parmesan cheese)
Fennel (caraway) seeds 3 gm
Ginger 3 gm Chopped
Garlic 3 gm Chopped
Milk 15 ml
a pinch salt
Method:

  • Sieve the flour and Rub in the butter
  • Add the cheese, caraway seeds and salt and make dough by using milk.
  • Roll out the dough to about (¼") thickness.
  • Cut into small pieces with a cutter.
  • Place on a greased baking tin and prick all over with a fork.
  • Bake in a hot oven at 450ºF for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Ready to serve plain or with sauce.
